Openreach in Belfast, Riverside Tower, is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to our leadership teams on a 1:3 ratio.

This role will help with day-to-day running of offices and requires strong partnership with stakeholders.

You will manage leaders' diaries, arrange travel itineraries, prepare meeting materials, onboard new team members and ensure priorities are aligned.

Based in Belfast, you’ll work on-site at least three days a week.
