b Overview /b p In this Quality Control role within Operations, you will lead independent reviews of onboarding, transaction monitoring, and customer reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will assess case handling quality, document findings, and support remediation efforts to strengthen controls. You will produce reports and MI, identify recurring issues, and drive process improvements with cross-functional partners. This position supports a culture of quality and continuous improvement across Operations, enabling compliant and efficient customer experiences. You will contribute to expanding the QC framework and touching multiple regulatory and risk areas to scale quality standards. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Personal training budget - 3000 /li li Cycle to Work scheme /li li Discounted gym membership /li li Travel loan /li li Company Pension plan /li li Health, Dental Life Insurance /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Conduct independent quality control reviews of onboarding, transaction monitoring, investigations, and periodic/event-driven customer reviews /li li Assess completeness, accuracy, and quality of case handling, documentation, and decision-making /li li Verify compliance with internal policies, procedures, regulatory obligations, and risk frameworks /li li Identify errors, inconsistencies, control weaknesses, and remediation needs /li li Document findings and provide clear feedback to operational teams and managers /li li Produce quality control reports, scorecards, trend analysis, and management information /li li Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for process improvements and targeted training /li li Support root cause analysis and corrective action plans /li li Collaborate with Onboarding, Financial Crime, Compliance, and Risk teams to raise quality standards /li li Contribute to development and maintenance of QC methodologies, checklists, and review frameworks /li li Assist with regulatory, internal audit, and compliance assurance activities as required /li li Support expansion of QC framework into additional operational functions over time /li li Participate in quality initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience /li li Help drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across Operations /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or similar operational oversight role /li li Strong understanding of KYC, CDD, EDD, and customer lifecycle management processes /li li Knowledge of transaction monitoring and financial crime controls /li li Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills /li li Strong written and verbal communication skills /li li Ability to assess complex cases and apply policies consistently /li li Experience producing reports and management information /li li Experience within fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated financial services environments /li li Understanding of AML, sanctions, fraud, and financial crime regulations /li li Experience with quality assurance frameworks, audit methodologies, or compliance testing /li li Familiarity with case management and workflow systems /li /ul ul li Attention to detail /li li Analytical thinking /li li Clear written and verbal communication /li li Case management systems /li li Workflow systems /li li Quality assurance methodologies /li /ul
