How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?

  • Acting as an advisor for regulatory matters impacting the OpenPayd business
  • Advising on ongoing compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidance, including PSD2, EMD, MICA, outsourcing guidelines
  • Horizon scanning to monitor changes to laws and regulations that may impact the OpenPayd business
  • Engaging with industry bodies as required
  • Preparing regulatory notifications and filings
  • Delivering legal education for the business through bespoke training and raising awareness
  • Supporting the wider legal team to provide efficient and effective legal support to the business
  • Ad hoc legal and regulatory tasks.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • UK qualified solicitor with 2-6 years post-qualification experience (gained either within private practice or in-house)
  • Technical knowledge of UK and EEA regulations.
