How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?
- Identify high-potential clients and prospects, cultivate a robust pipeline across diverse verticals & own a revenue target assigned to you.
- Craft & deliver comprehensive presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Be part of a dynamic new business team supported by every other function within the business.
- Pitch OpenPayd solutions to prospective clients and co‑build solutions with the client to fulfil their needs.
- Manage the sales process through to contract signing including contract and commercial negotiations.
- Execute product and technical conversations with the clients coordinated with product and development teams.
- Align delivery with product and engineering function to ensure appropriate resource is allocated to each client and influence the roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- You understand the Financial Services / Banking technology space and are able to identify the needs of Embedded Finance.
- Minimum of 3-4 years within the payments/BAAS/Modern Treasury/FX/SAAS industry.
- Experience of selling to clients' verticals such as: Gaming / Gambling / Crypto / Affiliate Marketing / Financial Institutions / Merchants Acquirers.
- Minimum of 8-15 sales/business development experience within SAAS.
- Proven track record of successful full sales cycle execution and delivering against revenue targets.
- Experience of successfully managing complex sales engagements with high value customers.
- Comprehensive network of industry contacts.
- In-depth understanding of the payments ecosystem, trends and innovative payments solutions.
- Ability to create technical solutions mapping and implementation approach for a broad range of client needs.
- A passion for the industry; an ongoing interest in the development of the industry and, most importantly, an opinion!
