Openhealth Clinic is seeking a skilled and motivated Sports Massage Therapist to join our established, multi-disciplinary musculoskeletal clinic on a self-employed, part-time basis (8–15 hours per week). This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy, clinically-led environment, alongside experienced osteopaths, and to become part of a practice with strong referral pathways and a reputation for high-quality patient care.

Openhealth Clinic is a well-established MSK clinic with over 15 years of experience in delivering evidence-based care. We work with a broad patient demographic ranging from everyday musculoskeletal complaints to high-performance and sporting clients. You will be working closely with a team led by an osteopath with extensive experience treating elite athletes, including involvement in Formula One and professional sport.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Is qualified to Level 4 or above in Sports Massage / Soft Tissue Therapy
  • Ideally holds Level 5 (ISRM or equivalent) or is working towards it
  • Has a strong interest in musculoskeletal health and rehabilitation
  • Is confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Is reliable, professional, and motivated to grow within a clinical environment

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience working in a clinical or multi-disciplinary setting
  • Additional training in rehabilitation, movement, or injury management
  • Experience with sporting populations
