OpenFX is seeking the global Head of People to design and run the entire People function across six hubs. You will own recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employment compliance worldwide, reporting to the COO and partnering with the CEO on org design and compensation philosophy.
You will build scalable processes from 300 to 1000 employees, create structured interviewing, and lead a small team of recruiters and HR partners to raise the bar across all markets.
