About the Role
Are you curious about the future of AI and eager to get hands‑on experience training and implementing AI systems? We’re looking for a motivated graduate or early‑career professional to join our AI Agent training team. You will work remotely within the UK and/or from our office in London at times.
What You’ll Do
- Deploy pre-templated AI Agents into customer workflows, learning UX and AI best practices from our team.
- Collaborate with customer success, product, and conversation design teams to understand customer needs.
- Help construct and organise datasets, conversation flows, and knowledge services alongside customers.
- Support the setup and configuration of language and knowledge services.
- Learn to validate AI implementations against our SAFER benchmark standards.
- Monitor AI Agent performance through automated testing, conversation analysis, and AI evaluations.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on real user conversations, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
- Contribute insights from live projects to help optimise our AI Agent templates.
Skills & Experience
- Analytical thinking: You enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and organising information in structured ways.
- Foundational LLM knowledge: Familiarity with how large language models work (coursework, side projects, or self-study counts!).
- Curiosity about prompt engineering: Some exposure to crafting prompts or experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
- Basic understanding of conversation design or UX principles: (or eagerness to learn).
- Problem‑solving attitude: You’re excited to tackle new AI challenges and learn from setbacks.
- 1-3 years of experience OR recent graduate with relevant coursework/projects in AI, data science, computer science, linguistics, or related fields.
Nice to Have
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Exposure to conversation design or chatbot development.
- Python or other programming basics.
- Previous internship or project work involving LLMs.
