Opencast is seeking a Head of People Operations for a 14-month fixed-term contract to lead our People Operations function across the UK. The role focuses on delivering excellent employee experience, governance, and compliance while managing payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive policy development, and ensure sustainable, inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle with strong stakeholder partnership and risk management.
