Are you deeply immersed in social and creator culture, with a passion for unlocking impactful brand partnerships? Open Partners is looking for an Influencer & Creator Associate Partner to lead and scale the influencer and creator proposition across our client roster. Operating at the crossroads of culture, community, and commerce, you will craft innovative, creator-first strategies that drive brand fame, audience engagement and tangible business results across paid and organic channels. Joining our collaborative Social & Influencer team, you will bridge the gap between creative, paid media, PR, content and client leadership teams, turning strategic concepts into culturally brave, performance-driven creator campaigns.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Lead the day-to-day management of creator campaigns from initial strategy and talent discovery through to creative briefing, approvals, content delivery, paid amplification and reporting.
  • Creator-First Strategy: Develop and pitch creative strategies that align seamlessly with client objectives, brand tone, and performance goals across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging channels.
  • Integrated Performance Amplification: Partner closely with paid social and creative teams to feed authentic creator assets directly into paid amplification engines to deliver measurable commercial impact.
  • Talent Relations & Commercial Rigour: Build and nurture strong direct relationships with creators and agents, managing contract negotiations, licensing, usage rights and budgets in collaboration with legal and client teams.
  • Creative Guidance & Brand Safety: Direct talent through briefings and feedback cycles to ensure exceptional creative quality, strict ASA/CAP compliance and complete brand safety.
  • Cultural Relevance & Trend Scouting: Keep your finger on the pulse of internet moments, emerging formats and platform behaviours to proactively pitch agile creative opportunities to clients.

What Success Looks Like in 6 Months

  • Client Trust & Partnership: You have built trusted relationships with client teams and account leads, becoming an indispensable expert in creator marketing and cultural strategy.
  • Centralised Operations: You have established consistent, repeatable operational systems and frameworks for influencer briefing, contracting and campaign delivery.
  • Co-Intelligent Workflows: You and your team are working co-intelligently with a HI / AI workforce, using modern platforms to elevate creator discovery, listening and reporting efficiency.
  • Scalable Campaign Models: Working with the Social & Influencer Partner, you have developed scalable creator frameworks and reusable campaign models across key agency accounts.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven Influencer & Social Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships, ideally within an agency or creative-led environment.
  • Commercial & Legal Acumen: Deep working knowledge of creator agreements, licensing terms, usage rights and advertising compliance (ASA/CAP guidelines).
  • Cultural Instinct & Creative Voice: A genuine love for storytelling, social culture and trend spotting, with the confidence to deliver clear creative direction to creators and present ideas to clients.
  • Integrated & Analytical Mindset: Experience collaborating across PR, paid social, and creative teams, using data, audience insights and campaign metrics to guide talent selection and iterative optimisation.
  • Tool & Platform Familiarity: Practical experience with influencer discovery and campaign tools (such as CreatorIQ, Tagger, or In Da Hash) alongside social listening/CX platforms (like Sprout, Sprinklr, or Brandwatch).
