As a Product Manager at Open, you’ll have the autonomy to drive outsized impact and help shape the future of our sales and growth engine in the UK, while working closely with a globally connected product team. In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional squad of designers, engineers and data specialists to reimagine how customers and partners engage with Open’s sales journeys - leveraging best-in-class third-party technologies alongside Open’s proprietary platform. Developing a deep understanding of the needs of UK partners and their customers, alongside the commercial models that make those partnerships work Partnering closely with Growth and Commercial teams to identify opportunities across the UK market Ensuring the platform operates within relevant regulatory and compliance requirements 3+ years’ experience in digital, data or transformation roles within a product-led scale-up or top-tier consultancy ~ Proven experience working closely with designers, engineers and data specialists ~ People who want to use their strengths in problem solving to deliver lasting customer and commercial impact. People passionate about technology, data and user experience that want to move into product management You are not curious about personally building new solutions and experiences This role will be hybrid, with 3+ days a week in London at our Marylebone office.
