  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and partner feedback to leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliance management within cybersecurity, networking, cloud, managed services, Saa S, or enterprise technology.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting and growing partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of MSP, MSSP, VAR, SI, and service provider business models.
  • Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Commercially driven with a strong focus on revenue generation and business outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to build opportunities from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with modern sales, partner enablement, and AI-driven productivity tools.
  • Professional English fluency; experience within UKI and Nordic markets is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to shape and grow Open Systems' partner ecosystem across a strategic region.
  • A market-leading, Swiss-engineered Managed SASE platform with a strong differentiator in operational excellence and data sovereignty.
  • Attractive compensation with performance-based incentives linked to partner-generated revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership.
  • A high-growth environment where you can directly influence our go-to-market success.
  • The opportunity to become a key part of Open Systems' growth journey across UKI and the Nordics.
