An opportunity has arisen for an Estate Manager to join our Estate Management team.

Salary: Up to £35,877 (inclusive of car allowance)

Contract: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday, Permanent contract

Closing date: 5pm 19th June 2026

About the Estate Manager Role:

You will be responsible for all aspects of estate management, including attending site meetings and carrying out inspections across the portfolio. The role will involve managing a portfolio of unadopted areas in developments across the North East of England as well as other general day to day management activities.

Your Experience:

Successful candidates will need to possess excellent intercommunication skills, with the ability to build and sustain good quality relationships with a wide range of organisations and people. A flexible approach to working patterns and driving across the North East of England will be a key requirement. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate experience of budget monitoring and working in a performance focussed environment.
