Estate Manager, Open Spaces. Kingston Park, Newcastle.

Salary: Up to £34,300 (inclusive of car allowance)

Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: Monday 14th April 2025, 5PM.

An opportunity has arisen for an Estate Manager to join our Estate Management team, responsible for all aspects of estate management as below.

About the Role:

This role will involve all aspects of estate management, including:

  • Attending site meetings and carrying out inspections.
  • Management of a portfolio of unadopted estates (private residential developments).
  • Day to day management activities.
  • Working across the North of England.
  • Working in a performance focussed environment.
  • Driving for business.
  • Budget monitoring.
Your Experience:
  • Experience of estate or property management.
  • Experience of working in an administrative role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages.
