Join OpenSight as a Business Support Officer. We’re looking for a highly organised and people-focused Business Support Officer to join the OpenSight team. Reporting to our Deputy CEO, this role provides vital coordination and administrative support across our community services, working closely with our Community Connections Leads and supporting the oversight of around 150 volunteers.
You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, help keep services running smoothly, and play a key role in supporting volunteer recruitment, training and compliance. If you enjoy juggling priorities, supporting others to do their best work, and want to make a real difference to the lives of people with sight loss across Hampshire, we’d love to hear from you.
- Hours: This is a part-time role of 16 hours per week, worked across either two or three days. The working pattern must include Thursdays and Fridays.
- Contract type: 12 months fixed term contract
- Closing date: Sunday 15th February at midnight
- Interview date: If successfully shortlisted, interview date will be Thursday 26th February 2026.
