Open Road Chelmsford is seeking a Psychosocial Intervention Recovery Worker to deliver low and high-intensity psychosocial interventions to adults affected by drug use within our recovery service. You will manage a targeted caseload, conduct assessments, and coordinate care with housing, employment and peer support.
You’ll also supervise volunteer counsellors and work with partner agencies to improve engagement and outcomes.
