Job Purpose & Summary

You’ll work alongside the Service Manager to run a busy, client-focused centre, making sure our services meet high standards and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting a motivated team of staff, volunteers and students.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and stepping up when the Service Manager is away.
• Driving a recovery-oriented, evidence based service culture.
• Building strong partnerships with local agencies to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in substance misuse or a related field, ideally with line-management responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and confidence with IT systems.
• Commitment to safeguarding and multi-agency working.
