Trusted by healthcare providers, local authorities, and advocacy organisations, ORA focuses on helping people access wheelchair accessible and adapted vehicles across the UK.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chester or Coventry for a Customer Success Specialist. This is a people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll speak to customers, help them find the right vehicle or service, support them throughout their journey with ORA, and work closely with the wider team to make sure everything runs smoothly. Alongside delivering a great customer experience, you’ll also play an important role in helping ORA grow: following up on enquiries, converting leads into bookings and subscriptions, and helping the team meet sales and growth targets.
You do not need experience in accessible transport specifically, what matters most is that you’re a good communicator, enjoy helping people, are commercially aware, and are motivated to learn and grow.
What you'll be doing:
- Speaking to customers over phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Helping customers choose the right vehicle or service for their needs.
- Providing a high level of customer care throughout the customer journey.
- Working with the operations team to coordinate bookings and vehicle delivery.
- Supporting customers with questions, changes, or issues that come up along the way.
- Identifying opportunities to extend, upsell, or improve customer value where appropriate.
- Supporting the team in achieving customer satisfaction and sales targets.
