Overview of Role

The Paid Search Partner is responsible for leading a team for a group of clients, developing our product and ensuring that those clients have the best experience of our proposition.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ownership and leadership of integrated Paid Search strategy and delivery for a set of clients.
  • Development of your team, client relationships and partner relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of our Paid Search capabilities to be market leading and integrated with the rest of the business.
  • Be accountable for best in class delivery and quality of Paid Search activity for a set of clients.
  • Take a hands‑on approach to ensure best in class strategic thinking and implementation.
  • Ensure that client roadmaps are anticipating their needs and leading on what is next.
  • Ensure that Paid Search meets clients’ business objectives.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to make Paid Search more effective.
  • Paid Search financial reporting and budget ownership for your clients.
  • Pitch for new business opportunities and cross‑sell into existing clients.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–5+ years of experience.
  • Good strategic thinkers, with the ability to undertake strategic planning.
  • Able to lead a function and make it your own.
  • A positive, flexible, can‑do attitude.
  • Be able to coordinate and prioritise a number of tasks at the same time.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive.
  • Confident, approachable, and able to build strong relationships.
  • Confidence in writing and editing strong content, ability to be a storyteller.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Extensive Paid Search experience: Proven track record of successfully implementing and developing Paid Search strategies for various clients or organisations.
  • Up to date industry knowledge.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Amazon Ads.
  • Experience leading multi‑location teams.
  • Comfortable working with data.
  • Google Analytics qualifications and Paid Search specific certifications.

Location: Manchester & Hybrid
Hours: 5 days per week
