Overview
The Paid Search Junior Partner is responsible for supporting the team in planning and developing Paid Search activity for a client or group of clients, helping to develop our Paid Search product, and contributing proactively to knowledge and skill development.

Location: Manchester & Hybrid
Hours / Days: 5 days per week

Role Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of your team, client relationships and partner relationships.
- Contribute to the development of our Paid Search capabilities to be market leading and integrated with the rest of the business.
- Support with best in class delivery and quality of Paid Search activity for a set of clients.
- Support with client roadmap development and adherence.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to make Paid Search more effective.
- Paid Search financial reporting and budget management for your clients.
Skills & Experience Required
- 1-2+ years of Paid Search experience.
- A positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
- Be able to coordinate and prioritise a number of tasks at the same time.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work well in a team.
Must Have
- Proactive & inquisitive attitude.
- Some hands-on experience in Paid Search, with a basic understanding of best practices, product updates, and industry trends.
- Experience in Google Ads.
- Be comfortable working with data.
- Experience working with Google Analytics.
Desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Ads
- Experience with Amazon Ads
- Experience with PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Experience working with Excel & Google Sheets.
