Open Partners is a fast-growing, independent agency that puts innovation at the heart of everything we do—a commitment that has seen us named in The Times 100 Fastest Growing Independent Businesses for two years running. We are now looking for a motivated and ambitious Social Project Manager to join us at the start of an exciting new agency function. Supporting our Senior Lead on a high-impact pilot for a travel client, you will play a vital role in the coordination and execution of the programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to manage social media at scale and help build a new department from the ground up within one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK. For a digital native with a passion for Social Media and travel, there is no better place to accelerate your career. This is a 6-month temp-to-perm role focused on proving the scalability of our proprietary social model.

Your Impact

  • You will transform raw travel expertise into structured data, ensuring the "Central Content Engine" runs without friction.
  • By forensically monitoring engagement, you will capture "warm leads" and translate social interactions into tangible business opportunities for the client.
  • You will act as the final line of defense for quality, managing approval workflows so that every piece of content is verified and brand-aligned.
  • Your meticulous tagging and reporting will provide the evidence needed for the final pilot report, directly influencing the decision to scale the programme.

What Success Looks Like in 6 Months

  • System Mastery: You have mastered the ingestion and workflow management of agent-specific data using G Suite and Sprout Social.
  • Lead Generation: You have established a consistent rhythm for identifying and escalating leads, significantly contributing to the pilot's commercial KPIs.
  • Process Efficiency: You have helped build a "ground up" department, where the approval and implementation workflows are fast, reliable, and error-free.
  • Co-Intelligent Working: You are comfortably using AI tools to enhance creative output, demonstrating how technology and human oversight work in chorus.

Capabilities You’ll Bring

  • An exceptional eye for detail and the ability to manage complex schedules and technical workflows across multiple accounts.
  • A natural comfort with evolving technology, specifically in using AI tools and social platforms (Sprout Social/Canva) to drive efficiency.
  • The communication skills required to act as a primary point of contact, managing expectations and inputs from diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to segment data accurately and assist in translating performance metrics into actionable insights.

Your Outputs & Results

  • Social Calendars: Daily management and implementation of content calendars, ensuring 100% digital approval rates from agents.
  • Lead Capture Log: Timely escalation of community-driven leads (dates, budgets, inquiries) within the one-business-day SLA.
  • Segmented Reporting: Daily maintenance of Sprout Social tags to ensure clear distinction between client-owned and agency-owned content.
  • Pilot Documentation: Accurate data sets and operational logs that contribute to the Month 6 "Stress Test" audit and final scalability report.

Role Details

  • Your leader: Social & Influencer Senior Partner
  • You will lead:
  • Location: Manchester and Remote First
  • Hours / Days: Full Time (5 days per week)
  • Specifics for this role: 6-month temp-to-perm; Proficiency in G Suite, Sprout Social, and Canva is preferred.

The standards we all hold each other to

  • Demonstrate and be committed to a growth mindset
  • Live our values: Smarter - Aim high, train hard, embrace next; Faster - Learn fast, adapt fast, act fast
