We’re expanding our team and looking for a Motion Designer who can bring energy, innovation, and storytelling to our content. If you thrive on creating eye‑catching motion graphics and dynamic video edits optimised for social platforms, we want to hear from you. As a Motion Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, high‑quality content that is platform‑native and performance‑driven. You’ll work closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life, using a mix of animation, typography, video editing, and effects to stop thumbs and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design: Design and animate social‑first motion content for TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube. Work with our creative strategists and copywriters to develop content optimised for performance. Adapt and resize assets for multiple formats and aspect ratios. Guide the implementation of AI tools across video production to drive innovation, efficiency, and creative excellence.
- Video Editing for Paid Social Campaigns: Editing of high‑quality video content tailored for paid social ads, ensuring videos are optimised for different platforms and audience demographics. Collaborate closely with the media and creative teams to develop video content strategies that drive campaign success. Use performance data and insights to continually refine and optimise video content, ensuring that videos perform well across key metrics such as engagement, view‑through rates, and conversion rates.
