The Opportunity
We are looking for a Measurement Senior Partner to lead Measurement, one of three core data products at the heart of our operating system, and make it the definitive way our clients prove what their marketing delivers. Our unified measurement product brings attribution, dynamic econometrics and experimentation together into a single system, with brand measurement as a distinct strand. You will turn expert modelling into a trusted, commercial product that gives boards and leadership teams a clear, defensible answer to the question: what is our marketing really delivering?
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Unified Effectiveness View: Reconcile attribution, econometrics and experiments into one defensible view of marketing performance, measured against profit and net revenue rather than platform metrics.
- Decision-Driven Measurement: Ensure empirical evidence directly shapes client budgets, forecasting and our media optimiser.
- Repeatable Service Delivery: Establish expert modelling as an always-on, governed service with clear ownership, standard measurement plans, validation processes and polished client readouts.
- Board-Level Trust: Build deep credibility with marketing directors, finance leaders and boards by articulating clearly what each methodology can and cannot prove.
- Independent Advocacy: Champion and defend measurement that remains strictly independent of platform self-reporting, holding your ground even when the findings challenge assumptions.
- Build and Partner Strategy: Partner with the data science lead to determine where to build proprietary capabilities and where to leverage partner technologies, ensuring every technical choice has a solid commercial case.
- Product and Science Collaboration: Lead commercial strategy and client relationships whilst collaborating closely with data science specialists on complex client challenges.
- Commercial Growth: Drive revenue and margin growth for Measurement within our joined-up data offering, proving clear return on investment in terms finance directors respect.
- Unified Data Offer: Work seamlessly alongside Signals and Insights to provide clients with a coherent, single data proposition rather than siloed products.
- Team Development: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning and high standards.
What Success Looks Like in 6 Months
- Senior Advisory Standing: You have built trusted relationships with client leadership teams, finance directors and platform partners, establishing yourself as the authority on measurement in pitches and meetings.
- Standardised Methodology: A unified measurement service is in active use, featuring clear standards for measurement plans, model selection, validation and client reporting.
- Triangulated Proof: Attribution, econometrics and experimentation are reconciled into a single view for priority clients, evaluated against bottom-line business metrics.
- Econometrics Road Map: You and the data science lead have agreed an evidence-based build-or-partner strategy for dynamic econometrics, backed by a strong commercial case.
- Commercial Packaging: The Measurement proposition is defined, packaged, priced and actively sold as part of the integrated data offer.
- Collaborative Cadence: A clear, effective operational rhythm is established with data science, with distinct boundaries between product strategy and scientific methodology.
- Co-Intelligent Practice: Your team leverages Co-Intelligence, keeping human judgement and quality control at the centre while AI and automation handle repeatable tasks.
What You’ll Bring
- Deep Measurement Fluency: A strong grasp of attribution, dynamic econometrics, experimentation frameworks and unified measurement, enabling you to challenge methodologies and explain them clearly to senior marketers and finance leaders without needing to build the models yourself. Familiarity with frameworks such as Meridian and Robyn, as well as brand measurement, is advantageous.
- Boardroom Credibility: Confidence engaging with executive teams and finance directors, with the ability to maintain an evidence-led position courteously when results are challenging.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven experience pricing, packaging and scaling a measurement, data science or analytics revenue stream.
- Service Design: The ability to translate complex technical workflows into repeatable, high-quality agency services and playbooks.
- Specialist Leadership: Demonstrated skill in leading and motivating technical specialists, valuing the colleagues who own the underlying science.
- Technology Partnerships: Practical judgement in evaluating, procuring and managing measurement technology partners and platforms.
- Curiosity for Automation: A practical mindset toward using AI and automation to enhance speed and consistency, always within a robust governance and risk framework.
