The Creative Traffic Partner is responsible for leading the studio workflow and creating a seamless interface between client demand and creative output. You will be an expert in your area, constantly thinking "outside the box" to progress our operational efficiency as we scale. Your focus will be on Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction by ensuring the studio team is empowered to do their best work through better-managed briefs and timelines.
Role Responsibilities
- Workflow Leadership: Take full ownership of the studio "Function," managing the end-to-end trafficking of all creative jobs from inception to delivery.
- Brief Management: Implement rigorous standards for project intake, identifying and resolving incomplete or poor briefs before they enter the studio workflow to ensure briefs are focused on meeting client objectives / KPIs and solve client problems.
- Resource Allocation: Act as the central point for the studio team, strategically assigning tasks based on skill set, capacity, and priority to maximize effectiveness and consistently deliver work to deadlines.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable work-delivery systems to manage rush jobs and short turnarounds without compromising quality.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Creative Director & Creative Managing Partner to forecast resource needs for the next year of high-growth trajectory, working to agency and client budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across the agency and effectively manage expectations and ensure a "holistic" approach to the marketing funnel. Effectively manage competing and changing priorities across the agency.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have 4-5+ years of experience in traffic management or studio operations within an agency environment.
- Be an exceptional strategic thinker with the ability to undertake long-term planning for studio growth.
- Possess a positive, flexible, can-do attitude even when dealing with high-pressure, short-turnaround requests.
- Be able to coordinate and prioritize a high volume of tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm, approachable demeanor.
- Be highly adaptive and excellent at problem solving.
- Show confidence in storytelling and communication, effectively "selling" the importance of proper processes to the wider agency.
- Be self-motivated and proactive, identifying and solving bottlenecks before they become issues.
