This is a 6-month temp-to-perm role focused on proving the scalability of our proprietary social model.

You will act as a trusted advisor to the client, oversee day-to-day delivery, and collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and paid teams to deliver integrated, high-impact work. You will champion Social Content and Community excellence, develop frameworks that scale, and mentor junior team members to strengthen capability within the function. This role is pivotal in delivering work that is culturally intelligent, creatively brilliant, and commercially effective.

Your Impact

  • You will transform a pilot concept into a high-functioning "Central Content Engine," setting the standard for how we integrate AI into creative workflows.
  • You will protect the client's "human-to-human" reputation, ensuring that every piece of AI-assisted content remains high-trust and culturally intelligent.
  • You will move the function from manual delivery to a scalable framework, establishing the governance and quality controls needed for multi-account ecosystems.
  • You will turn data into a narrative of success, proving the "uplift hypothesis" and securing the long-term future of the programme.

What Success Looks Like in 6 Months

  • You have built and executed a fully functional Operating Model for the pilot that is ready for long-term scaling.
  • You are established as a senior "trusted advisor" to the client's internal marketing team, having successfully navigated the Month 6 "Stress Test" audit.
  • Your team is working co-intelligently, using the prompt engineering frameworks and brand guardrails you developed to produce 10–20 high-impact content tracks.
  • You have mentored junior capability and successfully managed the Social Project Manager to deliver seamless pilot administration.

Capabilities You'll Bring

  • Strategic Systems Thinking: The ability to design complex, multi-layered workflows that balance technical efficiency with creative excellence.
  • AI Fluency & Adaptability: A deep understanding of how to train and guide AI (Prompt Engineering) to replicate specific brand tones and destination expertise.
  • Collaborative Leadership: The capability to work in chorus with strategy, creative, and paid teams, breaking down silos to deliver integrated work.
  • Commercial Acumen: The ability to use social intelligence and performance analytics to prove ROI and drive continuous channel optimisation.

Your Outputs & Results

  • Delivery of 10–20 strategic content tracks (e.g., Luxury, Family, Ski) and a comprehensive content calendar.
  • A pre-approved operational governance framework for community management and triage.
  • Documented brand guardrails and tone-of-voice prompts used to feed the AI workforce.
  • Regular delivery of insight-led reporting dashboards that identify high-impact content and prove the pilot's hypothesis.
  • A formal long-term plan for the programme's expansion beyond the 6-month term.
