Role Purpose
Help invent a new visual language for short-form ads – starting with 6-second YouTube spots – using generative video platforms like Google’s Veo2. Use your cinematic instincts (think: storyboarding, framing, mis-en-scène) to prompt AI tools to produce emotionally resonant, high-performance ads for household-name brands.

Role Responsibilities
- Craft cinematic prompts that guide generative video models to produce breakthrough short-form ads.
- Cut and finish short-form ads end-to-end: rough-cut, rhythm, sound-bed, basic mix, grade and export in platform-optimised aspect-ratios.
- Develop storyboards and visual scripts rooted in advertising strategy and brand tone.
- Work alongside media planners and copywriters to iterate and improve concepts.
- Explore and experiment with AI tools like Veo2, Runway, Sora, and others.
- Contribute to a knowledge bank of what works (and what doesn’t) in AI-first creative.
- Systematically tag, archive and share prompts.
- Establish and implement best practice for AI creative production.
- Present your ideas and output to internal teams and clients.
Your KPIs / Outputs
- Generate short-form video ads each meeting all briefed deadlines.
- Leverage AI video-generation tools efficiently to produce high-quality short-form ad content.
- Deliver creative assets that outperform the agreed media benchmark KPIs.
- Cut, grade and export every video in the correct platform format (YouTube, TikTok/Reels, DOOH, etc.) with zero brand-safety or specification errors.
- Produce fully annotated storyboards that secure sign-off from the Creative Lead and client.
- Publish a monthly insight summary detailing how creative and prompt tweaks have improved performance, and embed those learnings into the next sprint.
- Regularly add reusable prompts and best-practice notes to the shared knowledge library.
