This is a role for a doctor who wants to step off the conventional clinical pathway and build a career transforming how care is delivered — not by digitising paper notes, but by rethinking the workflows underneath them. You will act as the bridge between clinical reality and digital capability, and over time become one of our core subject matter experts on the Pathpoint platform. It is a genuine pivot, not a temporary step away from clinical work. You will develop deep, transferable expertise in clinical scoping and pathway design, mastering the platform and applying that knowledge to solve complex clinical workflow problems. Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Scoping & Pathway Design: Lead sessions to understand user requirements and apply clinical logic to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Implementation & Launch Delivery: Support active implementation efforts, transitioning projects from design to "live" clinical environments.
- Clinical Content & Best Practice: Produce and review accurate clinical content, ensuring the platform incorporates the latest clinical best practices.
- Functional Testing: Act as a pivotal clinical resource for the functional testing of systems, particularly for clinically complex pathways.
- Evidence & Insights: Collaborate with data analysts to identify opportunities for evidence production and the creation of clinical case studies.
- Training & On-Site Support: Deliver high-impact training to users and provide on-site launch support (nationally and internationally) during go-lives. Travel frequency is often monthly, though this fluctuates depending on active project stages and go-live schedules.
- The "Internal Translator": Communicate complex clinical needs to technical teams (Product/Engineering) in a clear, actionable way.

Clinical Background & Experience
- Medical Qualification: Medical degree (MBBS or direct equivalent) is required.
- Training Level: Must have completed Foundation Training (F2+) as a minimum.
- Operational Mindset: Evidence of previous process improvement (e.g., QIPs or audits) that resulted in tangible workflow changes.
Skills & Behaviours
- Tech-Optimist: Strong belief in the power of technology to transform care delivery (no coding required).
- Problem Solver: Ability to map messy clinical problems into logical digital solutions.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to "code-switch" between clinical and technical audiences.

Joining Us
We are a small, fast-moving team of around 30, which means real ownership and visible impact from early on — your work goes live in clinical settings, not into a backlog. We are looking for someone to ideally start from August or sooner, with some flexibility for the right person.
Pay and Benefits
- Holiday: 25 days per annum (plus National and Bank holidays), increasing with tenure
