You will partner with the VP Compensation and HR to design and deliver annual reviews, benchmarking, salary structures and variable pay, while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust data governance.
You will manage external providers, support HR and Finance stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of reward processes in a fast-growing, global insurance platform.
