Open Landscapes & Family Ltd is a small family run business and we are looking to expand further. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Garden Maintenance Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping gardens neat, healthy, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing, strimming, and edging
- Hedge cutting and pruning
- Weeding, planting, and general garden care
- Leaf clearance and seasonal tidy-ups
- Safe use and basic maintenance of garden tools and machinery
- Jet washing
- Hard and soft landscaping including patios, fencing and raised borders
Requirements:
- Previous garden maintenance or landscaping experience preferred (but not essential) can be trained up to our standards
- A good work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
- Driving licence preferred (depending on role/location)
