We build and supply computers, laptops and servers for our clients. We are currently using Zoho CRM and would like an application building so we can store specific details of computer builds under the clients' account record in CRM. I've tried to do it, and I've created an application with pretty much all of the information I require, and I've added the application to the accounts section, but every time I create a new build record it creates a new Account. So if I create 50 builds for ACME Ltd, there are 50 accounts called ACME Ltd. I can give access and show you where I am at. I need help with this and potentially other bespoke applications to make our lives easier.
