What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead by example on the floor, keeping service smooth and upbeat.
  • Support the FOH team with feedback, guidance, and encouragement.
  • Welcome and engage with guests, making tailored food & drink recommendations.
  • Keep an eye on the details, from stock usage to tidy stations and smooth cash handling.
  • Step up when needed, helping managers keep the operation running seamlessly.
