We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who will be expected to work on a variety of campaigns and projects, working very closely with the marketing team to support all initiatives. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for many different jobs ranging from creating on-brand internal & external marketing collateral, spearheading website design, initiating and maintaining branding processes, creating & carrying out exciting campaigns and working closely with suppliers to ensure high quality production on budget and within programme.

As a Senior Graphic Designer you will:

  • Manage a Junior Designer as and when required
  • Regularly attend meetings with the marketing team to discuss upcoming campaigns
  • Creating promotional materials/artwork
  • Overseeing and maintaining brand consistency across the board
  • Putting together photography briefs and managing the shoot on the day
  • Developing seasonal campaigns
  • Developing new brand identities for future venues and keeping existing venue branding up to date
  • Menu design, ordering, printing & distribution
  • Presenting finalised ideas to the senior management team
  • Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and design processes
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Commissioning illustrators & photographers
  • Working in collaboration with printers, copywriters, stylists, illustrators, photographers, web developers and marketing specialists
  • Efficiently managing graphics budget

Required skills as a Senior Graphic Designer:
