Our Central reservation team are integral to the swift running of the business. We are looking for a second reservationist to join our current team to look after 5 of our sites across London. Based in our lovely contemporary central office in Baker Street, the reservations team report into our head of sales and events. We are looking for a charismatic and very well spoken central reservationist to complete our tight knit team!

- Ensuring that all communication and interaction with customers whether by phone, email or other means are taken care of in a calm, efficient and professional manner at all times.
- Ability to run reports of occupancy levels, bookings taken etc.
- Ensuring all reservations reports are delivered to the correct people correctly and on time.
- Complete and superior knowledge on open table bookings system, including its admin system.
- Ensure menus & details of venues are updated on Open Table online as and when required.
- Able to make, move and amend table reservations on the open table system and ensuring full communication with on site management.
- Manage enquiries, bookings & table plans with the goal of maximising the covers on and between all venues.
- To have a thorough understanding of the front of house operations at all sites to ensure clear communication to both customers and staff.
- To maintain a clear line of communication between the customer and the floor managers and staff to ensure that every experience at any of our sites is “a cut above the rest”.
- To have a competent level of computing skills, including Microsoft office.
- Ensure PA, charity, gift and complaint voucher reports are kept up to date and that when a reservation to use such vouchers has been made, clear communication to sites and central team has been ensured.
- To ensure reservations training to all site managers and hosts has been completed.
- To ensure phone messages are up to date.
- To have a thorough understanding of the events role and can cover when and if needed.
- To ensure all booking policies are being followed and reinforce them as and when necessary.
