We're looking for a Personal Assistant to assist our dynamic team of Four Directors and a Principal who own and operate a group of hospitality companies in Central London. These include The Lighterman in King’s Cross and Percy & Founders, the Boxcar Delis in Marylebone, and the Pantechnicon, a new mixed lifestyle, retail and hospitality offer, opening in late 2019 in the heart of Belgravia. This collection of companies is continuing to grow, with two further hospitality projects breaking ground this year.
We are looking for a strong and highly organised Personal Assistant with the ability to adapt to the diverse needs and complex nature of the Directors' various involvements in this group of companies. This is a fun and often fast-paced environment, with the Directors currently moving between many projects at various stages of completion.
As a Personal Assistant, you must have excellent organisation, IT and communication skills. In addition, the ability to work independently and manage upwards are key to the successful candidate's appointment. Your days will involve tasks that are both routine and extremely varied and challenging.
Key Skills:- Executive support experience, ideally from a hospitality & lifestyle background but not essential.
- Strong administration, organisation, and clear communication skills.
- Confident self-starter with initiative, time-management, workload management, multitasking, scheduling, planning, and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Macbook.
