Situated in the heart of White City, The Broadcaster is a vibrant four-floor venue with a stunning rooftop terrace. More than just a pub and dining room, we’re a place where guests come for warm hospitality, memorable food and drinks, and experiences worth coming back for. We’re looking for a Bartender who brings energy, skill, and a passion for hospitality. If you thrive behind a busy bar, enjoy making everything from a perfect pint to a great coffee, and like being part of a team that delivers seamless events and service, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Craft and serve a wide range of drinks, from pints and cocktails to wines, spirits, and hot drinks.
- Welcome and engage with guests at the bar, making recommendations and creating a positive atmosphere.
- Adapt to the day’s needs whether that’s supporting service in our dining room, keeping the rooftop buzzing, or helping deliver one of our many events.
- Rotate stock, change kegs safely, and record wastage accurately.
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked, following opening and closing procedures.
