Head Chef Pravesh leads a tight brigade of 14 who cook proper food, properly. British classics, modern technique, seasonal produce, and plates we are proud to send across the pass. Every day is exciting as a Chef de Partie. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Ensuring every dish is prepped, cooked, and plated to perfection according to our restaurant standards with a strong focus on the Larder section and basic desserts.
  • Set up your section for smooth service, staying in control and organised even during the busiest shifts.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen, communicate clearly, and support your colleagues to keep everything running perfectly.
