Multi-Site Hospitality Group | Overseeing 4 Sites
We’re looking for a highly organised, guest-focused Group Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and enhance the guest journey across our four restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong guest relationships, and is passionate about delivering seamless booking experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Train a small central reservations team while upskilling front-of-house teams at each site.
- Manage All Bookings across our multi-site operation, ensuring smooth communication and seamless guest experiences.
- Expertly Use Systems including SevenRooms, OpenTable, and a centralised phone system to optimise reservations and maximise capacity.
- Analyse & Report key data, trends, and KPIs to improve booking efficiency, guest experience, and revenue.
- Enhance the Guest Journey, ensuring every booking is well-planned, from initial inquiry to post-visit follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to stay up to date on promotions, special events, and VIP bookings.
- Coordinate with On-Site Teams to ensure restaurants are fully briefed and prepared for service.
- Maximise Covers & Revenue by strategically managing availability and restaurant seating.
