We are looking for a strong and highly organised Executive Assistant with the ability to adapt to the diverse needs and complex nature of the Director’s various involvements in this group of companies. This is a fun and often fast-paced environment, with the Directors currently moving between many projects at various stages of completion.

As an Executive Assistant, you must have excellent organisation, IT and communication skills. In addition, the ability to work independently and manage upwards are key to the successful candidate’s appointment. Your days will involve tasks that are both routine and extremely varied and challenging.

Key Skills:
  • Executive support experience, ideally from a hospitality & lifestyle background but not essential.
  • Strong administration, organisation, and clear communication skills.
  • Confident self-starter with initiative, time-management, workload management, multitasking, scheduling, planning, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Macbook.
