The Role
As our Head of Content Creation, you will shape how our brands speak and show up across social media, websites, newsletters, paid campaigns, and more. You will oversee all aspects of content development – from ideation and strategy to production and publishing – with a strong emphasis on storytelling, performance, and authenticity.
You will work cross-functionally with marketing, design, people, and senior leadership teams, and act as a key voice and creative driver of our brand identity. Whether crafting SEO-optimised blogs, directing video shoots, or supporting our digital learning content, you will be bringing our stories to life in a dynamic, people-first environment.

- Content Creation & Execution
- Produce high-quality, platform-appropriate content across social, web, email, internal comms, and paid media.
- Be hands-on with video production (including filming and editing), photography, and copywriting.
- Repurpose content across channels to maximise impact.
- Stay on the pulse of industry trends, content formats, and creative inspiration.
- Social Media & Engagement
- Lead the creation of content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and more.
- Own community tone of voice and bring strong instincts for what drives engagement.

- Represent the brand with external partners, collaborators, and influencers.
About You

- Confident video editor and graphic content creator.
- Highly organised, proactive, and deadline-driven – you’re the person who makes things happen.
- Comfortable spinning plates and switching between brands, formats, and priorities.
- A natural collaborator and communicator who thrives on connection and creativity.

- Working knowledge of content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, or Meta Suite).
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- SEO understanding and copywriting for web and email.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
