This is an on-site role working across our London locations.
We’re looking for a Sales & Events Executive to join our growing sales team, someone organised, commercially curious, and excited to learn how exceptional events are built from the inside out. Working across The Italian Greyhound, The Broadcaster and The Lighterman, you’ll support our Sales & Events Managers and report into our Head of Sales & Events.
This is a foundational role within the team, designed for someone who wants to develop their sales expertise while gaining exposure to multi-site event coordination in a quality-led hospitality group. You won’t be expected to lead the department, but you will be trusted with detail, accuracy and guest communication that directly supports revenue performance and event delivery.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supporting Pre-Booked Sales
- Assisting the Sales & Events Managers in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance guest experiences through thoughtful add-ons and menu guidance.
- Supporting revenue growth through strong organisation and follow-through.
- Coordinating Bookings with Precision
- Managing deposits, contracts and payment processes accurately.
- Maintaining up-to-date and reliable reservation records across systems.
- Ensuring event briefs are detailed and clearly communicated to operational teams.
- Guest Communication
- Responding to enquiries with warmth and clarity.
- Providing knowledgeable guidance on menus, spaces and event formats.
- Supporting the guest journey from first contact through to final confirmation.
- Cross-Group Support
- Working across three distinct venues, learning their individual character and event offer.
- Supporting smooth internal communication between sales and operations.
- Assisting with pre- and post-event administration and reporting.

- Experience
- You may already have worked in reservations, events, reception, or a similar administrative role, OR be ready to step into your first dedicated sales position.
