Located in the heart of White City, The Broadcaster is a vibrant, four-floor pub and dining destination with a stunning rooftop terrace. We serve fresh, seasonal food, made from scratch using quality ingredients from some of the UK’s finest suppliers.. . We’re looking for an experienced, ambitious Sous Chef to join our team.. .
The Role
- Lead busy services, run sections and support the pass..
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene..
- Coach and develop junior chefs..
- Support menu development, tastings and dish costing..
- Help manage stock, food costs, portion control and waste..
- Work closely with the Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef and front-of-house team..
- Help create a positive, organised and professional kitchen..

Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 yearly
