Situated in the heart of White City, The Broadcaster is a vibrant four-floor venue with a stunning rooftop terrace. We're looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead by example, support the bar team, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our busy venue.
What you'll be doing:
- Supervising day-to-day bar operations and supporting the team during service.
- Ensuring consistently high standards of drinks quality, service, and presentation.
- Training and motivating team members while leading from the front.
- Managing stock rotation, wastage records, and safe keg changes.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.
- Supporting events and service across multiple areas of the venue.
