The Open Home Foundation is seeking a part-time Foster Parent Recruiter to join our Hawkes Bay Service Centre, this position is 12 hours per week. The role is primarily work from home, with a requirement to come into the office in Hastings regularly to meet with the manager and team.
The successful person will have the following:
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Marketing knowledge and skills and/or a relevant qualification
- The ability to work alone and also as part of a team.
- The ability to develop and outwork project plans.
- To work weekends & evenings as required
- An in-depth understanding of how the role recognizes the special relationship between Maori and Tauiwi and has a strong empathy with the organization’s special character.
- A full New Zealand driver's license is essential.
- An alignment with the Open Home Foundation’s Christian Kaupapa.
