Role Description This is a full-time role for a Medical Writer/Senior Medical Writer, based in the UK: Manchester, London or remotely. The Medical Writer will focus on developing high-quality medical and scientific content, including all aspects of medical affairs and/or publication content, including medical education content (including digital), scientific meetings materials, and abstracts, posters, manuscripts and digital extenders.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Interpreting medical data
- Ensuring scientific accuracy while tailoring content to the target audience's needs
- Maintaining alignment with client expectations
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Scientific Writing, Medical Writing, and general Writing
- Proficiency in Medical Communications, including crafting and delivering effective communication materials
- Experience conducting Research and analyzing medical or scientific data
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, or equivalent) in life sciences or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with medical or pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations is a plus
