Role Description: You’ll be responsible for implementing the company's operational policies and procedures and oversee the day-to-day running of our London warehouse. You’ll work closely with our UK Managing Director to ensure that the warehouse operations support the Company’s growth.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including assigning tasks and monitoring the stock.
  • Will be responsible to drive the van for the delivery of the products to the selected clients.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable daily warehouse operations, maintaining smooth workflow throughout business hours.
  • Support the creation of relevant invoices.
  • Coordinate and manage the timely organisation and dispatch of reports, ensuring accurate logging and tracking of all movements.
  • Maintain accuracy of daily Excel stock spreadsheets, always ensuring up-to-date and reliable inventory records.
  • Proactively coordinate the distribution, ensuring timely availability for warehouse operations.
  • Maintain daily warehouse cleaning standards, ensuring all waste solutions are processed and disposed of in accordance with established procedures and regulations.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory/warehouse manager role, demonstrating a strong track record of success in previous roles.
  • You have a driving license and are able to drive through London for the deliveries.
  • Be able to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel skills for inventory management and reporting.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to quickly acclimate to a fast-paced environment and contribute immediately.
  • Possesses a strong work ethic and unwavering enthusiasm for driving efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit, capable of building positive relationships within a small, close-knit team.
  • Confident and assertive, with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
