The predicted salary is between 44500 - 62000 £ per year.

£52,507 – £61,774 per annum FTE

5 days, 37.5 hours per week (Part time working will be considered with a minimum of 3 days a week (0.6 FTE))

Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (minimum 40% office based)

Open Doors UK & Ireland works as part of the Open Doors global network to connect Christians in the UK and Ireland with our persecuted brothers and sisters, raising awareness of global persecution, mobilising prayer, support and action.

We’re looking for a committed Christian*, with significant experience, to head our Finance team. You will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of the charity. You will be responsible for providing accurate, relevant and timely financial information, oversight of the financial transaction processing and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in support of the strategic objectives of the charity.

You will lead the financial accounting team and play a key role in the financial planning, re-forecasting and budget processes. You will also be responsible for the development of the finance systems and processes to ensure the production of reliable and clear management accounts and analysis for budget holders and the Leadership Team.
