Open Door Project CIC is recruiting a Programme Manager to oversee and develop our community learning programmes supporting women from migrant and refugee backgrounds. This is a key leadership role responsible for coordinating programmes, supporting staff and tutors, and ensuring high-quality delivery across our services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate community learning programmes
- Support tutors, sessional staff, and volunteers
