Open Door Project CIC is seeking a Beauty & Hair Skills Tutor to deliver practical, hands‑on sessions supporting women to build confidence, wellbeing, and employability skills.
About the role
- Lead engaging workshops introducing beauty and hair techniques in a supportive, culturally sensitive environment.
- Sessions may support personal wellbeing, social connection, or pathways into further training or work.
- Deliver practical beauty and/or hair skills sessions.
- Support beginners with little or no previous experience.
- Create a relaxed, encouraging learning environment.
- Promote confidence, self‑esteem, and peer support.
- Adapt sessions to meet cultural needs and comfort levels.
About you
- Warm, patient, and encouraging.
- Experienced in beauty, hair, or related skills.
- Comfortable teaching small groups.

- Practical or professional experience in beauty or hair is required.
