Open Door Project CIC is seeking an Admin / Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our community programmes and services. This role is central to keeping our organisation organised, responsive, and welcoming. You will support staff, tutors, and learners through effective administration and coordination.

You will:

  • Manage basic administration tasks and records
  • Coordinate session schedules and room bookings
  • Support learner registrations and attendance tracking
  • Communicate with tutors, staff, and community partners
  • Answer enquiries and support referrals
  • Support reporting and data collection for funders
  • Help ensure sessions run smoothly

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

Experience & qualifications

Admin or coordination experience helpful but not essential. Community or voluntary sector experience welcomed. No formal qualifications required.

Languages especially welcome: Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic, Tigrinya, Turkish, Farsi/Dari, Pashto, Sudanese Arabic, Romanian, Lithuanian, Ukrainian.
