Then read on… Working in our Chief Operating Office (COO) Our COO Teams are the engine that powers Open Cosmos’ operations. This division brings together mission management, supply chain, and quality liaise with providers as needed. Manage the full device lifecycle — builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding. Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi-Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations). Improve automation, self-service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling. Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls. What You’ll bring Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms. Demonstrable ability in administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching. Comfortable with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation. Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus. Clear, confident communication skills — translating technical concepts for non-technical users. Subject-matter expertise in at least one of the following: Microsoft tenant migrations Microsoft Intune Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager SharePoint Administration JIRA Administration API integrations AI adoption For this role you can be based in any of our locations.
