We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior IT Business Partner to join our team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role is designed for a versatile professional who can bridge the gap between technology and business functions, foster strong client relationships, and deliver impactful IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering technology solutions and working closely with Business Analysts while driving strategic engagements with clients. You will play a key role in client engagements, solution development, innovation initiatives, and the growth of our consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong partnerships and understanding their business challenges. Foster strategic partnerships to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Analyze client processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps and recommend impactful IT solutions.
- Solution Development: Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement customized, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure solution requirements are well-defined and delivered. Contribute to the development of product backlogs and project scoping activities.
- Systems Selection & Vendor Management: Lead system evaluation, selection, and implementation projects. Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Ensure selected solutions meet business requirements and align with strategic goals.
- Project Delivery: Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Monitor and report on project status, risks, and issues. Coordinate user acceptance testing, change management, and training activities to ensure smooth adoption.
- Business Development: Lead the preparation and submission of project proposals. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables. Identify and support new business development opportunities.
- Consulting & Innovation: Develop expertise within the Real Estate domain and the systems and processes used. Provide strategic advisory services to clients, helping them solve complex business challenges. Contribute thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends. Share best practices and insights with the consulting team to foster continuous learning. Mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth. Drive internal innovation and process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or IT consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing complex business requirements.
- Experience in designing custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with SDLC frameworks including Agile and SCRUM.
- Experience with RFP processes and proposal development.
- Prior experience in system selection or implementation projects.
- Consultancy experience with external clients.
- Understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
